Lennar's new home neighborhood of Lakeside Ridge offers buyers 4 distinct floor plans, all single story, located just off of Sarnoff and Stella on Tucson's East side. Lakeside Ridge is located close to Abraham Lincoln Regional Park with golf course, pool, community center, gym, sports fields/courts, playgrounds and activities. New homes on the east side are rare as land available is somewhat scarce, therefore Lennar's new home neighborhood should be in demand. This neighborhood is geared towards the first-time buyer and the first-time move-up buyer segment.

All Lennar homes are built as what they call an "EI"" home, which stands for "Everything Included." Everything Included means the home will come with an above-average upgrade list that comes standard. Buyers are not allowed to choose much more than colors of carpet, exterior, counters, and cabinets. The idea (which is a very good one) is that by being able to order large amounts of higher-end fixtures, carpeting, tile, counters, etc., Lennar will get better pricing on the materials and be able to pass those savings along to the buyer. Lennar homes are rarely, if ever, the lowest priced new homes in an area. However, if you were to compare other builders' similar size homes with all the upgrades required to bring it up to the Lennar "Everything Included" standards list, 9 times out of 10, the Lennar will be less expensive and the better overall value.
