DR Horton's Eagle Crest Ranch in Catalina AZ is a mega neighborhood with hundreds of homes scheduled to be built within it over the next few years. The Enclave 4C Series allows buyers to acquire the most home for the money. Home sizes range from as small as the Rincon, a 1,345 square foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bath with a den (or optional 3rd bedroom) all the way up to the largest home in the series, the Pocono, a 2,502 square foot, 2-story, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, loft, den, 2-car garage and optional 4th bedroom. Within the Enclave 4C Series there are 5 distinct floor plans offering a wide range of living styles and options to make every home feel as if it was custom built for your needs. The majority of the Eagle Crest Ranch neighborhood is developed with the Enclave 4C Series homes, however, another series of homes also is available called the Melange Series.
The Melange Series offers buyers larger homes, more included features, and larger lots.
